Just wanted to publish a picture of my strawberry charlotte. I made this with the strawberries given to me last weekend. I served it with some strawberry coulis. Here's a plated version, and another one topped with whole strawberries.

Your Strawberry Charlotte looks good but your Raspberry Trifle looks absolutely sinful! Looks huge! Can't imagine digging into it. Wouldn't want to make a mess.
Hmmm... since you're coming back to Manila in a few weeks, maybe we can sample some of your yummy desserts :) Your pizza from years back is still the best!
